2. Account: Log in to your account, locate your order, and click on the "Request Return" button. Choose the quantity and reason for the return, and then click "Request Return" to initiate the process. Our customer support team will contact you via e-mail at the first and provide assistance.

2. Applicable Situations for Returns and Refunds:

Seller Reason: We accept returns and provide refunds in the following situations:

1. Size: If the item you received is too small or too large.
2. Item Not as Described: If the product received does not match the description on our website.
3. Wrong Item: If you received an item different from what you ordered.
4. Damaged or Defective: If the item arrived in a damaged or defective condition.
5. Styles: In case of discrepancies in style options.
6. Colors: If there are significant differences in color compared to the product images.
7. Lost or Missing Items: If your order has not been delivered(Starting from the shipping date if it exceeds 60 days)or if items are missing from your package. Once confirmed, a full refund or reshipment of the item will be granted.

Buyer Reason: We accept returns in the following situations:

1. Change of Mind: If you changed your mind about the product or no longer need it.
2. Other Reason: If you have a valid reason for returning the item not covered by the seller's reasons.

3. Time Limit for Accepting Returns:

Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please ensure that the item is unused and in its original packaging.

4. Refund Processing Time:

Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 1-2 business days.
The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If your order is free shipping, you will receive a full refund.

5. Return Shipping Costs:

1. Seller Reason: If the return is due to a seller reason (size, item not as described, wrong item, damaged or defective, styles, colors, Lost or Missing Items), we will bear the return shipping costs.
2. Buyer Reason: If the return is due to a buyer's reason (change of mind, other reason), the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

6. Cancellation Guidelines and Conditions:

Most orders can be canceled at no charge before the processing time. However, orders cannot be canceled 3 days after the order was placed.

Orders canceled before they have been shipped out will be eligible for a full refund.

Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. In such cases, please refer to our Refund Policy for further assistance.

Exceptions:

Please be aware that we do not accept cancellations for custom-made products. Custom-made products are specifically designed and made to your specifications, and therefore cannot be canceled once the production process has begun. We kindly ask you to carefully review the details of your custom-made products before placing an order.
